Brand new and high quality hollow perm rod with rubber band that can create wavy and curly hair. Apply perming lotion after putting on the perm rods.

Direction of use

1. Curl your hair on the perm rod, put on the rubber band to fix your hair.

2. Apply perm liquid/ lotion on the hair according to the product instructions.

3. Heat up with a perm cap or wrap with a hot towel, then use blower to blow dry.
