International shipping via EMS-POSLAJU is available to all major countries.
Same Day Shipping
In most cases, we are able to ship on same day from Monday - Friday, provided the order is placed before 11.00am (GMT +08.00). We cannot guarantee this but makes every effort to do so.
International Shipping hairdressing.com.my ships to over 200 Countries via Express Courier using EMS (Express Mail Service) - POSLAJU or other reputable courier services. Once you have entered your shipping information, shipping rates will be determined based on the estimated weight of your order including shipping materials, and your zip code.
Insurance & Idemnity
All items at HAIRDRESSING.com.my are subjected to be covered by courier's third party shipping insurance only under the third party terms and conditions. However customer may also opt-out from being insured on shipment.
Return Policy
Damages & Missing Items If you have received your items that has been damaged or missing from your order, kindly contact us by phone at 03-2141 0944 or email sales@hairdressing.com.mywithin 3 business days of your receipt. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection.
Damaged items
For damages, kindly provide us a description and photos of the damage(s) of the item as well as the condition of any packagingvia email. In the event that an order contains damaged or defective items for which a customer does not wish for a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the items according to the return policy.
Missing items
For missing items, kindly make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. On occasion, small items are packed into other items to protect it from damaged during shipment. If your order requires multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information/reference number to confirm that all packages have been delivered.

hairdressing.com.my warehouse is located at 22 Jalan Nyonya, Off Jalan Pudu, 55100 Kuala Lumpur. Appointment with hairdressing.com.my must be made in 3 business day prior to collection.

Out-of-Stock Products
We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock, which excluding Pre-Order items. However, from time-to-time we may have a sold-out situation. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day of your order.
