Same Day Shipping
In most cases, we are able to ship on same day from Monday - Friday, provided the order is placed before 11.00am (GMT +08.00). We cannot guarantee this but makes every effort to do so.

Return Policy
Damages & Missing Items If you have received your items that has been damaged or missing from your order, kindly contact us by phone at 03-2141 0944 or email sales@hairdressing.com.mywithin 3 business days of your receipt. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection.
Damaged items
For damages, kindly provide us a description and photos of the damage(s) of the item as well as the condition of any packagingvia email. In the event that an order contains damaged or defective items for which a customer does not wish for a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the items according to the return policy.
Missing items
For missing items, kindly make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. On occasion, small items are packed into other items to protect it from damaged during shipment. If your order requires multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information/reference number to confirm that all packages have been delivered.
